Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will grant you full authority over your electronic mail accounts and email campaigns. With this intuitive interface, you can create a brand new mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Moreover, you can forward electronic mails from one e-mailbox to another, set up mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and secure your e-mailbox accounts against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for e-mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a filter for any of your mail accounts and choose the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply specify the mail account you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box account will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
