You will be able to modify passwords, to create backup files and to even log into the phpMyAdmin and phpPgAdmin database management tools.
Simple Database Backups
It is quite essential to create frequent backups of your DBs to secure your website content and to refrain from any accidental data loss. With the Database Manager graphical user interface, creating a database backup is extremely easy. Simply push the Backup button next to the database you want to back up and you will be immediately taken to the File Manager section from where you can download your freshly created backup file.
